4. Callback requests and data transfer

When you submit a callback request via blackfriday-abos.ch, we process the data you provide in order to forward your request to the responsible telecom provider or its authorized sales partners.

Currently, callback requests in connection with yallo deals are handled via the designated partner integration.

In particular, the following information may be transmitted:

• First name and last name
• Phone number and country code
• Preferred language
• Selected product or product category
• Preferred contact time, if specified
• Technical reference of the inquiry
• Origin and campaign information, where available and permissible

The data will be used for the specified purposes and further legally permissible processing.

5. Data privacy at Sunrise / yallo

For deals under the yallo brand, the data required to process the callback request is transmitted to Sunrise GmbH or its contracted sales partners.

bright street GmbH is responsible for data processing in connection with the operation of blackfriday-abos.ch.

Sunrise GmbH processes the personal data transmitted to it under its own data protection responsibility, specifically to handle the inquiry, provide consultation, and, where applicable, prepare and execute a telecommunications contract.

For this data processing, the privacy policy of Sunrise GmbH also applies.

6. Voluntary nature of callback requests

Using our callback service is voluntary.

Submitting a callback request does not in itself constitute the conclusion of a paid telecom contract.

To process your request, we require the necessary contact details.

7. Cookies and tracking

We use technically necessary storage without consent (language choice, protecting the callback form against abuse with Cloudflare Turnstile, storing your cookie choice).

Only with your consent (category «Statistics») do we load Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 from Google Ireland Limited or Google LLC. We analyse page views and the successful submission of a callback request – without names, phone numbers or form contents. Data may be transferred to the USA. No Google services are loaded before you consent.

We currently use no marketing services (e.g. Google Ads, Meta Pixel).

Your choice is stored in the browser for 12 months (chosen categories, version, date). Analytics data is kept for at most 14 months according to the Google Analytics settings.

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time via «Cookie settings» in the footer; withdrawal applies to the future.

8. Service providers and data processors

For the technical operation of our website, we may engage external service providers, particularly for hosting, database management, security, and technical communication.

These providers only receive access to personal data to the extent necessary for their respective tasks.

We take appropriate contractual and technical safeguards.
